Cook at Home courses are presented in Gauteng and the Western Cape.

1 DAY COURSE:

Choose your own recipes from a list for the day's training according to the family budget and preferences

• Basic cooking and hygiene
• Supplementation for the family
• Starts at 8h00 and ends at 18h00
• Very basic with a variety of dishes to choose from

This course can be complemented on a monthly basis with the short courses that are available to add more dishes

5 DAY COURSE:

• Choose your own recipes from a list for every day's training according to the family budget and preferences
• Basic cooking course and kitchen hygiene
• Recipe development and ideas for variation of existing recipes
• Menu planning
• Shopping lists
• Basic nutrition and the effect of cooking on nutrients
• Supplementation for the family
• This Course runs over a period of 5 or 3 weeks and training sessions from 14h00 until 18h00 once or twice a week depending.

This course can be complemented on a monthly basis with the short courses that are available to add more dishes

SHORT COURSES:

Choose from various five hour courses of your choice on a weekly or monthly basis.

These courses are ideal to supplement and expand on the longer courses as well as to learn how to cook and prepare specific dishes.
